We provide a value chain between our strategic partners and service providers. In that role, we manage shipments of inventory within the U.S. and all over the world to ensure a smooth, timely delivery of devices to their respective distribution centers. On a constant basis, we make sure our shipments meet the ever-changing global government requirements and customs compliance standards, even going so far as to comply with U.S. Customs C-TPAT certification. Through our strict quality control practices, if there is an issue with a shipment, we will identify it and solve it.
A PCD Story
A shipment from overseas was held by U.S. Customs because the product contained unauthorized software. Because of our expertise in customs compliance, we were able to reclaim the shipment, update the product and distribute it with minimal financial impact or delay.
